Under 47 C.F.R. § 1.1206(b), we electronically provide this notice of an ex parte presentation in
the dockets listed above. On April 30, 2008, Matthew M. Polka, President of ACA and Ross J. Lieberman, Vice President of Government Affairs of ACA, met with Commissioner Jonathan S. Adelstein and his legal advisor, Rudy Brioche.
ACA discussed its understanding of the parameters of Chairman Kevin J. Martin’s proposed small
cable system exemption from the post-DTV transition must-carry requirements adopted in CS Docket No.
98-120.
ACA also discussed its concerns about wholesale programming and retransmission consent
practices as set forth in ACA’s comments in MB Docket No. 07-198.
