Under 47 C.F.R. § 1.1206(b), we electronically provide this notice of an ex parte presentation in the docket listed above. This notice corrects and supersedes the notice dated June 5, 2008 filed in this docket on behalf of ACA.

On June 4, 2008, the following persons met with FCC Chairman Kevin J. Martin and Catherine Bohigian, Chief of the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis:

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss ACA’s concerns about wholesale programming and retransmission consent practices, as well as the need to reform the Commission's  regulations as set forth in ACA’s comments in this proceeding.
